Pioneer Blu-ray Disc Players



	The Double Layered Chassis used for previous models was redesigned, and the result was the Advanced Double Layered Chassis. Thicker chassis plates provide an enhanced vibration-proof structure. The new Double Layered Top Panel also offers extra damping effect. The BDP-LX91 features full aluminium top panel and side panels with exceptional build quality.

High-grade TAOC insulators are used on the BDP-LX91 to further prevent external vibrations.

The front panel, top panel, and both sides are made of aluminium, achieving increased stiffness together with a high quality appearance. Steel plating increases electric and magnetic shielding effectiveness.



We use strictly selected components, such as high capacity condensers and silver-plated screws for the power source circuits. The internal layout also contributes to sound quality, as each component is positioned where it is most effective.		The disc drive uses a specially developed pickup that performs high-precision and reliable reading of the vast data on a Blu-ray Disc, which is about five times that on a DVD. It corrects for oscillation of the rapidly spinning disc, disc thickness or distortion, and even for any aberration produced by the lens, ensuring stable reproduction.



The BDP-LX71 output terminals are all gold plated, achieving high precision signal transmission with stable connections. The BDP-LX91 also has gold-plated HDMI, BNC and output terminals, and all terminals are specially constructed to ensure even more secure connection.



Pioneer Blu-ray Disc Players adhere to the Less-Element Design concept, which means using the minimum possible elements. It presents a sense of high quality in harmony with the Kuro plasma TV and with your room's interior design. In the BDP-LX71, the Less-Element Design concept is thoroughly applied, and a static switch is located on the front panel.
