As announced by Pioneer Corporation in 2014, Pioneer Corporation will integrate its home AV business, home telephone business and headphone-related business, with Onkyo to enhance businesses of two parties. After the integration, each brand will continue to stay in the market.

Regarding the integration in HK and Macau area, we would like to notify you that a new company named “Pioneer & Onkyo Marketing Asia Limited, co-established by Pioneer and Onkyo, will take over the business with effect from 2nd March 2015. All the sales and marketing issues of Pioneer home AV products (such as Blu-ray disc players, audio systems, AV receivers and headphones) including repair services shall be fully responsible by “Pioneer & Onkyo Marketing Asia Limited” on and after the effective date.
